Welcome to the peace of mind provided by The Exterior Living Company LLC! Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the completion of your project. We're delighted to offer you a comprehensive warranty, designed to protect and maintain the integrity of your investment.

Warranty Coverage
We guarantee the labor associated with all installed products for a period of five years. This warranty includes:

• $0 Trip Fee: We do not charge for visits to address warranty issues.
• No Labor Costs: All labor required for warranty repairs is covered.
• Parts Assistance: We provide help in securing replacement parts in line with the individual Manufacturer’s Warranty terms.

Exclusions:
The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Materials: The materials used in your project are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranties.
• Improper Use: Damages resulting from improper maintenance, misuse (e.g., using structures for unintended purposes), or neglect.
• Natural Wood Wear: Natural wear such as rotting, cracking, splintering, warping, or cupping of wood, though regular maintenance can prolong its lifespan.
• Caulking and Sealants: These are considered maintenance items and are not covered.
• Mold/Algae: Any growth of mold or algae.
• External Damage: Damages from external sources like wind, storms, fire, or extreme weather. Please consult your Homeowner’s Insurance for these cases.

Transfers:
‍This warranty is transferable from the original purchaser to a subsequent property owner, one time only.

• To transfer, inform The Exterior Living Company in writing within 45 days of the property change (info@exteriorliving.co).
• The warranty continues for the remaining duration of its initial 5-year term post-transfer.

• Representation: This warranty certificate, inclusive of The Exterior Living Company’s logo, “The ELC Pledge,” and all related branding elements, represents our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. It signifies the entire agreement regarding our warranty terms, underscoring the trust and value we place in our services and relationships with our customers.
• Complete Warranty Terms: This document constitutes the full extent of the warranty offered by The Exterior Living Company LLC. It supersedes any prior oral or written statements or representations regarding warranty terms for our products and services.
• Digital Format: A digital copy of this warranty will be made available for ease of access and environmental consideration.
