Deck in Pickerington (August, 2025)

This project showcases a refined outdoor living upgrade that blends modern materials, clean architectural lines, and integrated lighting for a polished, high-end result.

The deck surface is finished with TimberTech Terrain Series composite decking, selected for its durability, low maintenance, and natural wood appearance. Deck boards are installed parallel to the house wall for a clean, linear look, and a double picture-frame border adds visual definition and a custom feel.

The railing system elevates the space with Westbury Veranda railing, featuring 36-inch-tall powder-coated extruded aluminum rails. This system maintains open sight lines while delivering strength and code compliance. Deck beams are wrapped in PVC trim or equivalent material for added durability and a clean architectural finish.

Low-voltage LED deck lighting completes the project, enhancing both safety and ambiance. In-deck lights are installed approximately four feet on center around the three open sides of the deck, with low-voltage wiring, transformer, and dimmer included for adjustable illumination.

This deck project also includes a full paver sidewalk, steps, and patio installation.
